• Subscription & Payment Data: Billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Usage Data: Message counts, activity streaks, and interaction patterns
• Technical Data: IP address (stored as a hash for guest-session analytics), browser type, and device information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Platform
• Personalize AI interactions and maintain conversation memory
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account, billing, service updates)
• Monitor usage to enforce our Terms of Service
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve our service

4. Conversation Data & AI Memory

Chat messages and AI-generated memory summaries (including psychological profiles and relationship dynamics) are stored to provide continuity in your experience. This data is private to your account and is not shared with other users. We do not sell or share your conversation data with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Stripe: For payment processing (see Stripe's privacy policy for how Stripe handles your data)
• AI Service Providers: To generate AI responses. Whether these providers retain or train on your data is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies; we cannot guarantee that no provider retains or trains on conversation data, and you should review the applicable provider terms if this matters to you.
• Legal Authorities: Where required by law

The applicability of specific privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, COPPA) depends on your jurisdiction and the nature of the processing. This policy is not a warranty of compliance with any particular statute; consult legal counsel for your situation.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Guest-session IP hashes are retained for admin analytics. To request deletion of your data, contact support@obeyher.ai. We have not independently verified each AI provider's retention practices; provider retention is subject to their terms.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability

9. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember your age verification status, message counts, and last-viewed Domme. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Essential session cookies are used for authentication purposes.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is strictly for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete it immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
