By accessing or using ObeyHer.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
ObeyHer.ai is an adult entertainment platform offering AI-powered chat experiences with fictional AI personas ("Dommes"). All characters, personalities, and interactions on this Platform are entirely fictional and AI-generated. They do not represent real people, and any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
This Platform contains mature psychological and lifestyle content intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age or older. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that you have the legal right to access such content in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you confirm that accessing this type of mature content is legal in your location.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
New offers are A Taste ($4.99 USD once for seven days with one selected Domme, no automatic renewal), Chosen ($12.99 USD per month with one selected Domme), and Inner Circle ($29.99 USD per month with all Dommes and available premium photos). Monthly memberships are charged in advance and automatically renew until cancelled. Cancel future renewals from Manage Subscription; access continues through the paid period. The selected Domme remains fixed for a pass or Chosen membership. Saved conversations remain in your account after access ends; paid memory is used while access is active. Existing subscribers retain their agreed pricing, billing cycle, and access. Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable rights. Free accounts receive 15 total account messages across Dommes, with no daily reset.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to AI-generated text, images, personas, and branding, is the exclusive property of ObeyHer.ai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI interactions are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ObeyHer.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
